Rigid Plastic Recycling
We also process rigids and mixed rigid plastics at our site in Wath. We take in material from all over the UK and sort mixed material and process higher grade sorted materials:

Sorting Plastics
We sort all incoming material into various qualities and polymer grades.
We accept source segregated plastics and offer rebates for quality.
Shredding & Washing
Once we have sorted we shred the plastics which is the start of the recycling process.
We then wash the material to make sure it is uniform in quality and we can process.
Granulation
Once we have shredded and washed the materials we turn the quality recycled plastics into granulates and flakes.
This gets the material ready for the next stage of the recycling process.
Compounding & Recycling
This si the final stage of the process where the plastics are turned back into the raw materials for manufacturing.
